ORGANIZING ENTITY
Paf Games S.A., a company incorporated in Spain with registration number A22921639, is part of the PAF Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”). The Operator offers personalized gaming services to the public on the following websites: www.paf.es, www.pinatacasino.es, www.goldenbull.es, and www.speedybet.es (hereinafter, individually, the “Gambling Site”) under its Spanish licenses granted by the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation in Spain (hereinafter the “Gambling Service”).

The Operator is organizing a promotional draw for users of its platform in Spain, with the aim of promoting social media interaction and responsible gambling.

TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE
Valid only for legal residents of Spain. The draw will be active from March 9, 2026 to March 11, 2026, inclusive. The winners will be announced on March 12, 2026 via SpeedyBet's official profile on X (@Speedybet_ES).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Participation is open to all individuals who meet the following conditions: Be over 18 years of age. Have an active account on www.speedybet.es with completed document verification. Follow SpeedyBet’s official account on X (@Speedybet_ES). Comment on the giveaway post with their favourite Real Betis player.

GIVEAWAY MECHANICS
A random draw will be held among all participants who meet the requirements, using an automated tool to ensure transparency.
The winners and alternates will be selected in case any winner does not meet the conditions or fails to respond within the indicated timeframe.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE RAFFLE

Participation in the giveaway does not require any gambling or betting activities. X (Twitter) does not sponsor or administer the giveaway. The prize is for promotional purposes only.

PRIZES
The winner will receive 1 double ticket for the Real Betis - RC Celta match on March 15, 2026.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winners will be contacted via direct message at [email address]. They must confirm their personal information within 24 hours of the announcement. Purpose of data processing: The personal data requested from the winner can be full name, postal address, date of birth, and national identity document number (DNI/NIE)—will be used solely for the following purposes:

• To verify the winner's identity and legal age +18 requirements.
• To manage the shipment of the prize (merchandise pack) to the address provided.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations, should a request be made by competent authorities.

Under no circumstances will the data be used for commercial, advertising, or any other purposes, unless the data subject has given their express consent.

Legal basis: The processing of data is based on the participant's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of the contract arising from their participation in the prize draw (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Data retention:
The data will be retained only for the time necessary for the delivery of the prize and compliance with legal obligations. Once the process is complete, the data will be securely deleted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The prize is personal and non-transferable.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
The company reserves the right to exclude any participant who fails to comply with these terms or engages in fraudulent behaviour. SpeedyBet reserves the right to amend these terms if deemed necessary for justified reasons, with prior notice to participants.

DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data collected will be processed solely for the purpose of managing participation in the giveaway, contacting winners, and complying with legal requirements.
