LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPEEDYBET RAFFLES ON X

1. ORGANIZING ENTITY Paf Games S.A., a company incorporated in Spain with Tax ID (NIF) A22921639 (hereinafter, the “Operator”), organizes promotional giveaways aimed at users of the X platform residing in Spain, with the objective of encouraging social media interaction and responsible gaming.

2. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE

  • Territory: Giveaways are valid only for legal residents of Spain.
  • Validity: The participation period (start and end dates) and the winner announcement date will be explicitly specified in the Giveaway Post published by the official account @Speedybet_ES.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS Participants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Hold an active and authentic account on the X platform.
  • Follow the participation dynamics (Follow, RT, Like, or comments) as described in the Giveaway Post.
  • Employees of the Operator and their direct relatives up to the second degree are ineligible to participate.

4. MECHANICS AND WINNER SELECTION Among all participants who meet the requirements in the time and manner specified, a random draw will be conducted using automated selection tools. The number of winners and alternates selected will be as indicated in the original post. The transparency of the process is guaranteed through the use of these specialized giveaway management platforms.

5. PRIZES The prize will be as described in the Giveaway Post. Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for its cash value, nor for other products or services different from those announced. The prize is personal and non-transferable.

6. COMMUNICATION TO WINNERS Winners will be announced or contacted via Direct Message (DM) or mention on X. Selected winners must confirm their acceptance and provide their personal details within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of communication. If no response is received, the Operator reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate or declare it void.

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR) Personal data requested (name, ID/DNI, address, and date of birth) will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 solely for the following purposes:

  1. Verifying the identity and legal age of the winner.
  2. Managing the delivery of the prize.
  3. Complying with legal and tax obligations. Data will be deleted once the management of the giveaway is completed. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, or erasure by writing to clientes@speedybet.es.

8. EXONERATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • X (Twitter): The X platform does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway in any way. The user is informed that they are providing their information to the Operator and not to X.
  • Fraud: The Operator reserves the right to exclude fraudulent profiles, "giveaway hunters," or accounts that violate community standards.
  • Modifications: The Operator may modify these terms if justified causes arise, informing participants accordingly on the same platform.

9. ACCEPTANCE Participation in any giveaway from the @Speedybet_ES account implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
