SpeedyBet Raffles on Instagram. Terms and Conditions

ORGANIZING ENTITY
Paf International PLC (owner of SpeedyBet) is organizing a promotional raffle aimed at users of its platform in Spain, with the purpose of encouraging social media engagement and promoting responsible gaming.

TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE
Valid only for legal residents of Spain. The raffle will be active from November 18 to November 24 (both dates inclusive). The winners will be announced on November 26 through SpeedyBet’s official profile on Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Participation is open to all individuals who meet the following conditions: Be over 18 years of age. Follow SpeedyBet’s official account on Instagram.

RAFFLE MECHANICS
A random draw will be held among all participants who meet the requirements, using an automated tool to ensure transparency (Easy Promos platform)
Five (5) winners and ten (10) alternates will be selected in case any winner does not meet the conditions or fails to respond within the indicated timeframe.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE RAFFLE

Participation in the giveaway does not require any gambling or betting activities. Instagram does not sponsor or administer the giveaway. The prize is for promotional purposes only. The raffle will be handled via Easy Promos platform.

PRIZES
Each winner will receive an official Real Betis pack including:

• 1 official jersey
• 1 backpack
• 1 reusable Real Betis bottle

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winners will be contacted via direct message at Instagram. They must confirm their personal information within 24 hours of the announcement.

Purpose of data processing: The personal data requested from the winner can be full name, postal address, date of birth, and national identity document number (DNI/NIE)—will be used solely for the following purposes:

• To verify the winner's identity and legal age +18 requirements.
• To manage the shipment of the prize (merchandise pack) to the address provided.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations, should a request be made by competent authorities.

Under no circumstances will the data be used for commercial, advertising, or any other purposes, unless the data subject has given their express consent.

Legal basis: The processing of data is based on the participant's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of the contract arising from their participation in the prize draw (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Data retention:
The data will be retained only for the time necessary for the delivery of the prize and compliance with legal obligations. Once the process is complete, the data will be securely deleted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The prize is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The company reserves the right to exclude any participant who fails to comply with these terms or engages in fraudulent behaviour. SpeedyBet reserves the right to amend these terms if deemed necessary for justified reasons, with prior notice to participants.

DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data collected will be processed solely for the purpose of managing participation in the giveaway, contacting winners, and complying with legal requirements.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and deletion by writing to clientes@speedybet.es.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the provisions will result in the participant’s exclusion.
